About Crowne
Meet Vanessa Regalado
Vanessa Regalado holds a Master’s in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Rutgers University. She has over 16 years of experience in business management and real estate, starting her career managing a real estate group with 150+ closings annually.
Passionate about real estate and property management, she founded Crowne Property Management and holds several certifications in the field, including as a certified construction project manager from Turner Construction School. Vanessa has also provided consulting for prominent real estate leaders.
She co-founded the Union County Latino-American Chamber of Commerce in 2014 and has served on the boards of both the Essex County Latino-American Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
